When April arrives in the Carolinas things quickly start heating up which makes me long for afternoons on the beach with my toes in the sand. We are lucky to be close enough to the coast that we can take a beach trip or two every summer and it really is my happy place. When I dyed up the sample skein for April’s club colorway, it immediately made me think of marshes, Spanish moss and Atlantic waves, so I had to name this colorway Salt Life. This is a complex color with hues ranging from mossy green to deep sea blue, applied in three different manners to add layers and interest. And of course it is finished off with some speckles!
We paired Salt Life with tonals from our color collection just in case you needed inspiration for any multi-colored projects. We thought it would look great with both Peridot and Mint to Be, to brighten this skein.
