Our inspiration photo inspired not only the colors, but the dye style and color name. The beautiful quilt is composed of small triangles of color that reminded me of tiny pixels that compose digital photographs. So, I re-imagined this image on yarn by speckling, using tiny fragments of purple, magenta, blue and green dye and letting the colors bleed into a lovely fiber masterpiece that I decided to name, Pixelated.
I can’t wait to see the projects you choose for this colorway!
