In all of my years of going to MDSW, the weather has NEVER been what the chamber of commerce would have ordered. The first year it was blazing hot and I got a terrible sunburn. It felt like the 4th or July! That didn’t stop me from bringing home lots of yarn.
Every year since then it’s been cold and rainy. MDSW + Rain = MUD. So be sure to pack your boots, a raincoat, a warm sweater, a hat and maybe even a pair of mittens. Somehow a 50º May Saturday can feel like mid February.
