This colorway was inspired by a collaboration between TAFKAP and his mentee, North Carolina native, Shelby Johnson. 1000 Light Years From Here colorway captures a deep, dramatic fashion reminiscent of the late musician and the cosmos we hope he still travels through. This color is part of our newest Latta Signature Collection made to remind us of our favorite tunes that get us through the darkest times.

100% Non-Superwash Merino/ Rambouillet

Sport weight Latta is a round 3 ply yarn. It’s strong, bouncy and full of life. Latta is an American grown Merino/Rambouillet non-superwash wool making it a great option for textured hand made items. As a non-superwash wool, Latta will keep you warm all winter and cool in the summer with its natural temperature regulating, moisture wicking abilities. Latta has an incredibly soft hand, making it a pleasure to work with and to wear. The range of saturated colors are perfect for colorwork or stunning solid color projects.
