Welcome Spring! In my mind spring brings greens, soft colors, and fresh breezes, so when I came across a peachy-orange Quilt photo I knew it would be perfect for March’s colorway. This colorway is half minty green, but with a light hand and half peachy orange, with some simple sandy brown speckles in between. My husband told me it looked like a carrot, so of course I had to name it Peter Rabbit. It’s everything Spring should be! Soft colors but still bright shades because QCY is all about the bright colors. Simple yet pretty.
We paired Peter Rabbit with tonals from our color collection just in case you needed inspiration for any multi-colored projects. We thought it would look great with both Mint to Be and Showgirls, to really bring out the soft colors in this skein. In fact, the colors used in Peter Rabbit are just lighter shades of these two colors so you know they will be a perfect pair!
